William James has aptly said that, “The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.” “STRESS” has become very common word now days. In 21st century we all have bulks and bulks of expectations from our life, relationships, colleagues, friends and the people whom we meet often. We forget to have other’s point of view to see the world and its minute matters, in place of that we wish everyone to think as we have ideas in our mind. If the person whom we are approaching doesn’t behave in a manner we want than we will start feeling stressed. Yes, the center of this common problem is nowhere else but in our mind. Friends lets try to get ourselves free from this demon, which lies within us and killing us gradually.

- Try to be versatile. Don’t ever stick to only one task. Think that you can do various works up to your intelligence and capacity. Try to be ready for different type of tasks which never have been assigned to you. Have positive approach towards it and if you don’t know about it than take help of your peers. Once you will do odd works than you will be satisfied for your knowledge and capability. That can make you more confident about yourself.

- Never stop finding the smallest happy moment in your life. Give yourself chance to be happy even that joyful moment can lead you ahead from your stressful life. Joy of giving is the best source to get happiness. It’s not mandatory to give costly things to the needy people; instead of you can help them to get educated also. The spark in their eyes can make you feel fresh and you will realize your worth in this society as you can bring change through your small effort. Try and see how happy you will be…
- Don’t bind yourself in a limit for learning new things. Erase the idea that it’s not my age to learn different things. There are many examples around us like Mr. Amitabh Bacchan, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, who inspire lot many people to learn new things at any age. Keep on adding updated knowledge into your mind to be ever young as it can help you to erase generation gaps also.
